jl3shop's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl3shop account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The jl3shop Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl3shop makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
